An interesting group of seven antique combination padlocks dating back to the 19th century, crafted from iron and brass.

These pieces vary in size and feature robust construction, a beautiful aged patina, and characteristic rotating dials engraved with letters or numbers. The variety of formats—ranging from large combination locks to small padlocks—makes this collection particularly appealing to enthusiasts of antique locks, historical mechanisms, and collectible curiosities.

The two largest pieces stand out for their impressive presence and weight, each weighing approximately 750 grams.
The collection includes:
2 large padlocks: approx. 10 × 10 cm each, with letter dials; weight approx. 750 g each.

1 six-dial padlock: approx. 7 × 6.5 cm. Features a visible repair on the upper part of the shackle.

1 four-dial padlock: approx. 4 × 4.5 cm.

1 four-dial padlock: approx. 3.5 × 4 cm.

1 four-dial padlock: approx. 2.5 × 3.5 cm.

1 three-dial padlock: approx. 2 × 3.5 cm.

Condition and functionality
Four padlocks are currently open, allowing the combination to be adjusted; they are sold "as-is," without a specific combination set.

The other three pieces are locked, and the combination is unknown. Consequently, their opening or the full functionality of the mechanism cannot be guaranteed.
The repair on the shackle of the six-dial padlock is visible and is noted here for the sake of a complete description. All the pieces show signs of age and a patina consistent with their age and nature.

Sold exclusively as a single lot—a collection of seven antique padlocks.
A set full of character, ideal for collectors of historic locks, enthusiasts of vintage mechanisms, or a *Wunderkammer* dedicated to unusual objects.Invia commenti
