Rare carved wooden erotic casket, European manufacture from the 19th century, complete with its original contents and CITES certification for the ivory elements.


The finely decorated and fabric-lined casket features a compartmentalized structure that preserves:


Two carved ivory phallic elements

Central threaded connection system

Two ivory rings, one with ball inserts

Original accessories

A particularly interesting feature is the coupling mechanism, which allows the two elements to be joined into a single body: an extremely rare solution and rarely found in objects of this type.

There is also a secret compartment at the bottom, accessible via a hidden panel.


Materials: Ivory (Elephantidae spp., CITES certified)

Period: 19th century
