Beautiful small plaster bust representing an ancient warrior or soldier with skull.

An interesting sculpture with a Vanitas theme enriched with bronze inserts, set in the plaster and fixed in the wooden base. On the sides of the base there are two panoplies. A front plate bears the Latin inscription USQUE AD MORTEM (until death).

On the back an initials is engraved in the sculpture and there is a seal, but unfortunately we were unable to obtain information about it.

Italy probably from the 19th century, although some details and elements could be older.
