Extraordinary example of Christ in wax. An impressive sculpture for the quality of execution and for how the artist wanted to impress the total suffering of Christ.

Made of polychrome wax, hemp fibers for the hair and beard, and wood and straw for the crown of thorns.

A unique masterpiece in its expressiveness and extreme suffering.It was then fixed with a central pin to the round wooden base, the sculpture can then be removed from the support.

Dimensions total height including stand, 30cm (11,8")

Base diameter approximately 23cm (9")
